Words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined below. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

When you fill out a form, request a spec sheet, use our savings calculator, subscribe to updates, or otherwise contact us, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including:

  • Any information you include in your message, such as your cooling load or water-chemistry details
